Diffuse or mix the oils in a clean bottle and inhale through the nose.
3.For clearing the airway and reducing inflammation.
- 10 drops frankincense
- 10 drops chamomile
- 10 drops sandalwood
Diffuse or spray in your room.
4.To reduce nasal congestion and ease breathing
- 10 drops Rosemary oil
- 10 drops thyme
- 10 drops Oregon
5.To relieve coughs and a stuffy nose
- 10 drops frankincense
- 10 drops Oregon
- 10 drops lemon
Combine and diffuse or put a few drops in a handkerchief and inhale through the nose.
6.For muscle aches, calm and comfort
- 10 drops lavender
- 10 drops rosemary
- 10 drops frankincense
Add the essential oils to your bathwater or put a few drops I’m your hands and rub them on your chest and forehead.
You can also diffuse or inhale the oils through your nose for comfort.
