A healthy Creamy strawberry Mango Smoothie made from only four ingredients.Simply add all the ingredients in a high speed bleeder,puree and serve or freeze for luscious breakfast.
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup coconut cream or vegan yogurt
1 cup cashew, soy, oat, or almond milk
¼ cup maple syrup or honey or two ripe frozen bananas
2 table spoon lemon or lime juice (optional)
1.Place all the ingredients in a blender—blend starting on low speed and increasing the speed until you get a creamy, frothy consistency.
2.Pour into a glass, garnish with some fresh strawberries or mangoes and Serve immediately or freeze for later.
