Cilantro too has low calories and when combined with lemon juice helps to detoxify the body of toxins.

Fresh juice from one lemon

1 Cup chopped pineapple

Moreover, pineapples are also anti-inflammatory and so are good at relieving pain especially those caused by arthritis.
