Description

Healthy, luscious, and creamy homemade cashew milk you can make at home. Add all the ingredients to a good blender, blend smoothly, serve and enjoy.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup raw cashew

¼ cup honey or any sweetener (Optional)

4 Cups clean water or more depending on the consistency you want.


Instructions

1.Soak your cashews in cold water overnight or for eight hours. Drain and rinse after soaking.

2.Place the cashews in a blender, add water and honey, and puree until smooth. Start blending at low speed then increase to high speed. You can add the water little by little until you get the consistency you want.

3.Pour the milk in a clean storage bottle or container and refrigerate. Serve with your tea, you can use it in your baking or add it to your soups.

Notes

This cashew milk can keep in the fridge for 3-5 days. Cover the milk jar with an airtight lid
