Ginger Garlic Paste Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled and chopped ginger
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup chopped garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and chop your garlic and ginger into chunks.
  2. Place them in a blender; add salt and a little water at a time.
  3. Puree into a smooth paste. Start blending on low speed as you increase to high. Add little water at a time until you get the consistency you want.
  4. Transfer the paste into a clean jar, cover tightly and store in the refrigerator.
