- 1 cup peeled and chopped ginger
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup chopped garlic
- Clean, peel and chop your garlic and ginger into chunks.
- Place them in a blender; add salt and a little water at a time.
- Puree into a smooth paste. Start blending on low speed as you increase to high. Add little water at a time until you get the consistency you want.
- Transfer the paste into a clean jar, cover tightly and store in the refrigerator.
