Ingredients

1 cup frozen mangoes 

1 cup frozen strawberries 

½ cup coconut cream or vegan yogurt

1 cup cashew, soy, oat, or almond milk

¼ cup maple syrup or honey or two ripe frozen bananas

2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional)


Instructions

1.Put all the ingredients in a blender—blend, starting on low speed and increasing the speed until you get a creamy, frothy consistency.

2.Pour into a glass, garnish with some fresh strawberries or mangoes and Serve immediately or freeze for later.
