- 1 medium ripe avocado
- ⅔ Cup almond milk
- 1 cup kale
- 2 ripe frozen bananas (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (Optional)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the blender. At the base put kale, then add bananas, avocado, almond milk, and lemon juice. Puree on high speed until you obtain a creamy consistency.
- Enjoy.
Notes
You can add a sweetener to the smoothie if you want to.
