Description
A simple, colorful, and very satisfying salad that is straight forward to make. Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix chill for a few minutes and enjoy.

- 1 Cup lightly cooked corn (canned corn will work)
- ½ chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Cup cooked chickpea
- Two tablespoon tahini
- ½ chopped green bell paper
- Handful chopped green onions
- One squeezed lemon
- ½ Teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Lightly steam raw corn for 10-15 minutes. You do not need to cook them if they are canned. Allow cooling then drain the water and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add your cooked chickpea, your chopped green onions, diced red and green bell pepper.
- After that, add the tahini dressing and mix well.
- Serve as desired.
- For the tahini dressing
- In a separate small bowl, put the tahini.
- Add the lemon juice and salt then mix well.
- Pour it into your salad and mix.
