Healthy Chickpea & Corn Salad

How to make chickpea corn salad.

A simple, colorful, and very satisfying salad that is straight forward to make. Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix chill for a few minutes and enjoy.


  • 1 Cup lightly cooked corn (canned corn will work)
  • ½ chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Cup cooked chickpea
  • Two tablespoon tahini
  • ½ chopped green bell paper
  • Handful chopped green onions
  • One squeezed lemon
  • ½ Teaspoon salt


  1. Lightly steam raw corn for 10-15 minutes. You do not need to cook them if they are canned. Allow cooling then drain the water and transfer it to a bowl.
  2. Add your cooked chickpea, your chopped green onions, diced red and green bell pepper.
  3. After that, add the tahini dressing and mix well.
  4. Serve as desired.

  6. In a separate small bowl, put the tahini.
  7. Add the lemon juice and salt then mix well.
  8. Pour it into your salad and mix.
