Simple Homemade Energy Drink Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of boiled water

½ tsp maca Root powder

1 bag unsweetened green tea

1tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ an inch ginger grated

1tbsp unsulphured molasses or honey

1tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. In a clean jar, add one cup of boiled water. Place your one green tea matcha bag and the grated ginger in the water and let these steep for about 10 minutes.

2. Remove the teabag, then add maca powder, and stir to mix well. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and the unsulphured molasses or honey. Stir well until the mixture is well combined.

3. Strain the drink into a clean cup and drink early in the morning or whenever you want some energy boost.
