Description

Quick and easy Tomato Cucumber salad that requires few ingredients and takes 10 minutes or less to make.This salad is versatile and has a variety of texture and flavor to enjoy


Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cup cucumber chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped.

1 Tablespoon Olive oil (optional)

½ red onion chopped

2 Spring onions chopped

For the dressing

1/4 cup orange or lime juice

2 Tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

½ tsp salt

2 Tbsp. maple syrup, pure agave, or honey


Instructions

Wash, dry, and chop the cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and spring onions in desired shapes and sizes.

Put all the chopped vegetables in a clean bowl and pour your dressing. Toss and mix well.

Serve as desired.
