Is Vegan strawberry chia pudding healthy?

Yes, absolutely. Chia seed pudding is healthy for you and so is this pudding. It is rich in omega-three fatty acids, antioxidants, minerals, and fiber. When you soak chia seeds in water, it turns into a gel or forms a gelatinous texture. This is due to the high soluble fiber content it contains.

How long should you soak chia seeds?

It is good to soak the chia seeds in the fridge overnight or sit for at least four hours before eating them. Doing so gives them time to absorb enough water or liquid and form the gel’s right consistency.
